“Great location, walking distance from train station, shops. Good bang for the buck for short 3-4days stay. Room is clean and adequate for adult travelers.”

“I stayed at this hotel with my mum and brother, we had a lovely time. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were great, I kind off spoke to the cleaning lady but because of the language barrier not much was said however, she was super sweet and kept smiling and saying hi. I don’t know his name but he is tall, white and has dark hair and he is one of the recipients, he was an absolute gem! He was so kind and understanding, very refreshing to see. He helped with everything we asked and didn’t stop smiling, very happy with the customer service.”

“This Ibis is well located, both close to the downtown core and only 4 minutes walk to a train station to go to the Frankfurt Flughafen. It is clean and offers breakfast as well as free wifi, excellent housekeeping and a well informed staff.”

“The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good with a wide variety of tasty items, but not all of them were labelled and some were not quickly replenished when they ran out. The staff were all professional and polite. Car parking was an issue and our ticket did not activate the mechanism for opening the gate. We had to report this at reception and the matter was addressed but we were then late for our evening appointment. The other issue was flooding from our sink on the second day. This was quickly dealt with by the staff but it meant moving all our belongings and ourselves to another room at 10 pm. We would consider staying at the hotel again but would appreciate your response to the issues raised.”
